He is an incredibly rich entrepreneur who owns multiple business'. The biggest one he runs is XEO which, on the outside, directs research into various forms of engineering (stem cell research, fuel research, synthetic substances, artificial life, etc...), but on the inside is a recreation facility of the infamous Humanoid Project. This, however, remains completely unknown to anyone but him, the workers, and his sister, Luna.

Aside from that, O is known as a huge investor into ARKANE. When ARKANE fortress was being finished, he helped supply money enough for it to be finished. As a result, he is great friends with the ARKANE leader, and regularly attends parties.

In the first part of the story, he is nothing more than a random character encountered at a party. But during the second part, he helps re-ignite the Humanoid Project. O is a follower of Omega, believing in the same things he does. Because of this, O released a deadly virus onto the world....

Personality: Hes polite but incredibly arrogant. He usually looks down upon anyone, especially if theyre poor (believing that the mass majority of poor people is brought upon themselves). He absolutely hates laziness. Luckily, he isnt all bad. Hes nice and very giving and often throws parties for people. Hes also pretty outspoken and a bit of a braggart.

Bio: Luna is the sister of Oranus. She is often seen with him at parties, and knows of the things O strives for. Though, she rejects him for that, and works against him to some extent. She has an incredibly high IQ. She is also greatly admired by a lot of people. Being involved heavily in politics, she tends to influence others decisions greatly by arguing them, or simply because of the people who admire her.

She was "lucky" enough to have witnessed the final battle with Kan, Eon, ARK and Omega. Ever since then she had a special respect for Kan and Eon.

Personality: Like O, Luna is polite and lady-like but has a slight problem with arrogance. She is much less outspoken than O. In fact, she doesnt do a lot of talking unless spoken to directly. She has a great respect for the strong, but little for the weak.
